Trying to evolve in the IT is not easy, everyday we have job offers that's true, but does anyone can fill the requirements??? And if they DO does those companies can pay what that person deserves?!
Trying myself to evolve in this field I decided to take a certification path on Microsoft server 2012 Solutions Expert (MCSE), and since I'm still in formation I looking for job offers as System administrator and found that almost every job offer required University degree...I understand that a University degree is very important but a Microsoft certification prepares you for the reality of the work you will do one your days, is most compete and intense formation you can do for a job as a server admin.
For the IT recruiters who everyday try to find good professionals can you please explain to me why the need for a University degree for a job as System Administrator? And for the others MCSE's can you share your experience in this subject?
